HISTORY
- founded in 1955 as a light engineering manufacturer
- in sixties expanded with the addition of combustion engine spark plugs and their ceramic components to the manufacturing process
- in early seventies implemented production of glow plugs and first export to developed countries
- in 1974 became part of Iskra
- in 1978 started to manufacture flywheel magnetos for small motorcycles under the Bosch license
- in 1992 reorganization into profit centers:
- PC Flywheel Magnetos (for small combustion engines)
- PC Diesel Division (for diesel engines)
- PC Technical Ceramics (for wide industrial applications)
- in 1994 received quality certificate ISO 9001
- in 1998 Holding Hidria and Rotomatika became majority shareholder
- in 2001 received quality certificate VDA 6.1
- constant growth with export orientation; export represents 87 % of sales in to 35 countries worldwide
- in 2002 received quality certificate ISO 14001
